Small Block Grants are HNI-funded grants between $500 to $5,000 that support neighborhood marketing and project organizing that build the real estate market and strengthen social connections among neighbors. These projects may include:
- Lighting
- Community Events
- Neighborhood clean-ups
- Printed Marketing Materials
- Neighborhood night out w/ cops and community
- League equipment
- Art "Placemaking"
- Realtor outreach
- Newsletters
- New neighbor events
- School tours
- Sign construction
