Our Neighborhoods

Healthy Neighborhoods works in select neighborhoods throughout Baltimore City. We are currently active in 16 neighborhood clusters, which includes 71 neighborhoods across Baltimore City. Learn more about each cluster, their history, neighborhoods, and more.

Belair-Edison

Belair-Edison is home to a revitalizing business district, grand homes, and a tight-knit community, in addition to featuring access to parklands and a variety of retail outlets.

Brooklyn & Curtis Bay

Our southmost neighborhoods, Brooklyn & Curtis Bay, are a quiet community that enjoys equal access to Downtown, local small business, and County amenities.

Central

Central Baltimore, the heart of the City, is an urban haven boasting over 100 shops, large townhomes, small parks, and historical buildings.

Edmondson Village

Edmondson Village’s historically preserved rowhouses are imbued with suburban flair. Located in Southwest Baltimore, the neighborhoods have easy access to greenery, interstates, and the heart of Downtown in a matter of a few minutes.

Liberty Heights

The Liberty Heights Corridor, located in Northwest Baltimore City, is comprised of residential neighborhoods with well-spaced homes, bountiful green spaces and parks, and a variety of typically suburban features.

Middle Branch

Middle Branch’s is a community comprised of close-knit homeowners. Sitting just across the harbor, these neighborhoods offer access to shopping, green spaces, and a variety of religious institutions.

Pigtown & Barre Circle

Pigtown & Barre Circle’s residents love its proximity to Downtown, I-95, the MARC train, and the stadiums. With such an involved community, they are welcoming more and more new residents, businesses, and organizations every year.

Reservoir Hill

Reservoir Hill’s grand homes and estates are advantageously located near Druid Hill Park and the Maryland Zoo, providing easy access to community gardens, nightlife, restaurants, transportation, and shopping.

Southeast

Southeast Baltimore residents can walk to farmer’s markets, shops, restaurants, libraries, nightlife and parks, making it ideal for urbanites who embrace the convenience and abundance of city living.
