Please note that products will be updated periodically and that grants are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Small Block Projects
Small Block Grants are HNI-funded grants between $500 to $5,000 that support neighborhood marketing and project organizing that build the real estate market and strengthen social connections among neighbors.
Senior Legacy Repair Grants
Homeowners of select neighborhoods in Baltimore City may be eligible to receive up to $10,000 for home repairs.
Matching Grant
In combination with HNI loan products, borrowers may be eligible for a matching grant towards rehab project costs.
Energy Grants
Healthy Neighborhoods values sustainability and works with federal, state, and private resources to acquire energy efficiency and sustainability focused grants for our communities and other non-profits in Baltimore City.
