Can I get this grant without a HNI Loan?

If my rehab project is $10,000 does that mean the project is free?

No, HNI's matching grant will cover 50% of the rehab project up to $10,000.

Examples:

A rehab project of $10,000 might mean you are eligible for a $5,000 in matching grant.

A rehab project of $15,000 might mean you are eligible for a $7,500 in matching grant.

A rehab project of $20,000 might mean you are eligible for a $10,000 in matching grant.

A rehab project of $25,000 might mean you are eligible for a $10,000 in matching grant.
