When an unknown number calls, it’s hard to know whether it’s worth answering. Phone number lookup tools allow you to trace the identity of the caller quickly and efficiently. This can help you avoid spam and other unwanted calls. If you’re concerned about privacy or tracking someone’s location, this guide https://visualmodo.com/how-to-track-someone-on-google-maps/ provides a step-by-step process on how to track someone’s location using Google Maps, adding an extra layer of protection. These tools are valuable when you need more information about the caller.

Give to Healthy Neighborhoods Inc. and get half back at tax time with our 2025 Community Investment Tax Credits (CITCs).

CITCs provide a 50% Maryland state income tax credit on eligible gifts of $500 or more. This is a dollar-for-dollar reduction of taxes owed, on top of your usual deductions. Individuals, businesses, and financial institutions that owe Maryland state income tax can all participate.

Getting your credit is simple: make your gift by check, online at HNI’s donation portal, or approved in-kind contribution, and complete a brief Donor Form (we’ll provide it). We certify your donation to the Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development, which then sends your Tax Credit Certificate. At filing, attach the certificate and claim the credit (Form 502CR for individuals, Form 500CR for businesses/banks).
