Sit down with HNI's Energy Specialist to learn about decarbonization, electrification, and the Electric Neighborhoods program.
If eligible, receive a free energy audit for home. An audit will help you learn about what improvements can be made.
Home Improvement project can be difficult and there might be multiple specialties involved. HNI's integrated team will help you navigate this process.
HNI will help pay for all or a portion of your home improvement project. For those eligible and interested loan funds are also available.
Once your project is complete you will receive a comprehensive packet outlining the project undertaken and long term maintenance practices to ensure efficiency.
For Potential Contractors
HNI has worked with contractors on residential construction projects for over 2 decades. Given HNI's history, the Electric Neighborhoods Program aims to create an integrated organization network (ION). The creation of the ION will allow homeowners to create their own wholistic team to help drive successful decarbonization and electrification projects.
